Hello all,
I haven't found this issue listed anywhere. I have a user whose "send to" address book that is accessed from a new mail has some duplicate entries that are listed as empty "home fax" fields. Each entry shows once in the contacts list under outlooks main window and there is no Home Fax field available.
Attempting to delete the entry in the new mail send to list causes the station to hang.
I'm assuming these are left over from a conversion from an older version of outlook and they must have been there for years before she said anything to me. Any one else run into this?
