Duplicate entries in combo boxes

I have a form that selects the criteria for a query. One of the fields [Marketing type] is in the form of a combo box, that takes its data from a field of the same name in the table [Marketing Activity]. There are several duplicate entries in this field.

How can I get my combo box to look up all entries in this field and prevent duplicate entries?

Hi Ted,

Use the Distinct clause in the query. This will filter duplicates...

Select Distinct [Marketing Activity].[Marketing type] From [Marketing Activity];

Set the Rowsource of the combo box equal to that query. dz
