Duplicate emails in inbox-outlook 2007

I used to have my domain on a pop3 server with my ISP. i requested them to host it on their exchange and configured my outlook 2007 to connect to the exchange and imported my old pst files to the exchange.
Since then, I have been receiving same emails in the inbox and even if I delete duplicated ones, they still come again. Any help.
