Duplicate Detail Records

Hi, using Crystal XI, I am pulling several fields in from a Universe, It is randomly duplicating detail records, how do I find out why so that I can stop it, Database-Select Distinct Records is not an option, it is grayed out.

Hi,
Check the construction of the Universe..There must be something in the linked data structures that is causing the dups..( It is not random, however, it is determined by the data and its grouping, most likely)





To Paraphrase:"The Help you get is proportional to the Help you give.."

If you can't stop it, you can group on the duplicated fields, suppress the details and show values in the group.

You can also count as 'Distinct Count' etc.
