Hi all

I am hoping someone can help me with this. I have created a running total based on a table that has duplicate values for a specific field but the running total is only calculating the first of the duplicate values and not the following. I have not formatted the running total to suppress if duplicated and I can't find out why this is happening.

Can anyone help with this?

Thanks in advance

Kath

is the running total field in the group header?

The default of a Running Total is to count everything.

Perhaps you've omitted duplicate values from the report is some fashion.

Did you set the Running Total to Sum instead of distinct count or something else?

Try right clickijng the field you want to sum and select insert summart->sum, or whatever aggregate function you need instead of a Running Total.
