We just upgraded from Exchange 5.5 to Exchange 2003. Whenever users try to send a message to someone in their "Contacts" folder, they get the error message that the folder can't be accessed (Or something to that degree). When I right-click Contacts in the folder list and go into properties, then Address Book and check the box to make Contacts an Outlook address book, there are 2 Contacts listed. How can I either remove the "bad" one or redirect Outlook to the correct folder?

Thanks for the response, Pat, But could you be a little more specific, please? Do you mean remove the check mark that makes Contacts an Outlook Address Book or another procedure? I also have some users running Outlook 2000, some XP and some 2003.

I'm not near an outlook 2003 installation, but IIRC, you go to the services and remove it, then add it.

Thanks, that makes sense. I'm running 2003, so I was able to figure that part out with your instructions.
