Duplicate CDR record

Hi Guys,

I seem to have a duplicate CDR record in my Call Manager for a few calls.

For example: The final called party number is the same, calling party nember is the same , time connected is same but time disconnected is diffrent by 1 sec.

Could anyone help me in this? Is it a bug? or is it because of billing?

First what version of Call Manager are you running?? If you are running with 2 Call Managers Publisher/Subscriber make sure the CDR option is not enable in both Call Managers. You Should only have one CDR session running.
 
I am using 2 call manager, but only in one of them the CDR in enabled. The version I am using is 3.1.
 
What software are you using to read the CDR information? Also are you using 3.1(3A) or above?
 
I am using CM system ver 3.1(3a) & am using SQL DB & also MS Access to read the file.
