Duplicate CDE Settings for All Users

Hello,

On Solaris 8, for all user accounts, how can I ensure the screen saver comes on after 15 minutes of being idle and requires user to enter password?

If I can set this up for say root then rdist out to user accounts\systems that would be great but I am uncertain what files to duplicate.
