Help!!!

I have 8 batches stuck in the credit card batch system in Micros 3700 (Ver 4.10). I try to rename the batch to ".old" and try to transfer the batch manually, but the system comes back with a message that a duplicate batch was detected. I went in and put in a override DWORD key set to 1 but that did not work either. Even went as far as to delete the existing batch through regedit but it still won't manually transfer.

And Micros and Merchant Link all want thousands before they will help.

Strataviz at this point I would think paying merchantlink their fee would be worth it just to be able to get all these cards charged in a relatively timely manner

You may be getting a dupe batch number instead of a settlement prevented to avoid duplicate batch. Thats a bit different. If its a dupe batch num, you just need to change the batch number via the diagnostic tab for the TVCS driver.

The problem has turned into two issues. First, I had a micros programmer help me with the first set of stuck batches. Alls he did was mark them as transfered and they went through without any money being transfered. I am out $8,000. Not sure if there was a way to get those batches unmarked so that I can try to process them properly.

Secondly, those went through and yes the settlement was prevented to avoid duplicate batches. can you tell me how to edit the TVCS driver so I can get those through??

Thanks in advance for your help.
