Hi,

We have some contact lists in the public folder, and set them to display as address books, one is called 'HLP Contacts'.

All worked fine, but now one user is getting an error when trying to send to contacts from the list, I checked his outlook Tools->Address Book and then Tools->Options , and there seems to be two of everything in the list.

Global Address List

Contacts
Contacts
HLP Contacts
HLP Contacts

If you select one of them it errors, the other seems ok, but when you try to send an email and type a distribution list name, it still refuses to expand the recipient list erroring when clicking the plus sign (+)

Where have these duplicates come from and how do I get rid of them so his contact address book functions correctly again?

All help is appreciated.
