Duplexing with custom paper sizes...

It will have to be an option programed into the driver..as you apparently do not have the option the best that can be done is to see if there is a driver upgrade or fall back to printing odd the reload & print even as in the pre duplexing days. But fortunately many apps i.e. ms word adjust for this.
