Hi,
We have recently upgraded our OS from WinNT4 to WinXP Pro and our office software from Office 2000 to 2003.
Perviously any reports printed from my Access systems would simply pick up the default settings the user had set up and, if the user had specified so, print double-sided.
After the upgrades Access2K3/WinXP no longer seems to do this. Depsite selecting duplex by default all reports are now priniting single-sided.
Does anyone know why this would be happening and what I need to do to rectify the problem?
Many thanks,
Ed Metcalfe.
