Duplex Printing on an HP 4500dn

I'm trying to duplex print on an HP4500dn. When I go to the properties of the printer I select print on both sides to "flip on long edge". After I click OK I get a "Incompatable Print Settings" error screen with another message "There are conflicting settings, one of them is memory configuration 32-39MB RAM 2-sided long edge binding". This is only happening in WinXP not Win98. I've loaded the XP driver for this printer on my machine and it didn't work.

Anyone have any ideas?
