Duplex printing issue on OKI 9300

Have new 9300 with duplexer. All other apps except InDesign print duplex fine. I select duplex (long or short side) in the setup: preference dialog of the InDesign print dialog, but get only single sided pages.

I saw where this question was posed some months ago and was apparently a printer problem for that poster. However, since MS Word, etc. print duplex just fine, I don't think this one is. Anybody have an inkling on where to look / set for this one?
