Dupilcate Send Message Users

Maybe this is a dumb question..butttt

I've noticed when I go to the Send Message dialog box in the utilities each logged in use is listed twice. Is this normal? If not how do I get rid of having multiple users as it seems it would a bit redundant to have twice as many connections to the server as we need. I'm using novell client 4.91.

That's normal. You shouldn't worry about it.

If you're really interested in sending messages to your users, you need to use Novell Messenger. It's an actual instant messenger used for corporate communications..

I believe you automatically get Novell Messenger (sometimes called GroupWise Messenger) if you have the following products:

GroupWise 6.5 or 7.0
ZENworks 7 Suite
Novell Open Workgroup Suite.
