I just received an alarm on our alarmtraq system that reads:

Type: S8700
Software Version: N/A
Alarm Type: Major Alarm
Alarm Code: ACT
Alarm Data: DUP,A,1,MAJ
Date: Tuesday Oct 18, 2005
Time: 8:57 PM

What is the proper command to send to this system to try to resolve the issue?
