Dump table when boot / System restore

Hi,

When I start my AIX server, it crashes everytime with an error dump table 12 on the LCD. And everytime I have to do a system restore. I've disable the DNS settings, because I think that is part of the problem. After the system restore I mirror and sync rootvg again. Is there anything else I can check or fix to get the server to boot up normally? What is the procedure after a system restore?
