dump sub-categories?

Does anyone know how, or of a tool, that can dump out the Management packs and their sub-categories.
This is to simplify the process for choosing what elements to Enable or Disable.

Any help much appreciated.

I'm in the middle of reinstalling our test environment for MOM and thought I read through these. I'm not positive - but the check box that exists under each of the computer group level's may provide you w/ this function. If not have you found a solution?
