Which version of software is this?

Have you tried doing a DUSYI to see what the result print is? That always gives you more information.

I have had two systems (BC8 and BC9) that had this problem. I rectified it by inputting the HDU again:

(from memory so some syntax may be incorrect)
Code:
BLEQI:EQU=1-0-XX-0;
FIMOE:SUBFS=SYSSUBFS11;
FIMOE:SUBFS=SYSSUBFS21;
IOSIE:NODE=SYSN,IODEV=SYSDISK1;
IOSII:NODE=SYSN,IODEV=SYSDISK1,EQU=1-0-XX-0,SIPOS=3,SUBFS=SYSSUBFS11&SYSSUBFS21;
FIMOI:SUBFS=SYSSUBFS11;
FIMOI:SUBFS=SYSSUBFS21;

Otherwise you could have faulty disk/flash card. Have you checked HIEDP/HIMDP?

Check the NIU, you are receiving timeout from LPU, so try pulling/swapping card.

If you try manual DUSYI, is command accepted> If it is not try restart of DRDH&DRDM.

Could also be link to lim 2 disturbance causing LPU timeout...
