DUMP problem

Hi, System is VERSION: LZY2035151/6/BC10C144/R6A
When i try to dump,

<DUSYI;
SYSTEM DUMP INFORMATION
NOT POSSIBLE TO DUMP CHANGED PROGRAM CODE
RESULT OF PASSIVE COMMON FUNCTIONS UPDATE
SUCCESSFUL
WAIT FOR DUMP TO LOCAL BACKUP
RESULT OF DUMP TO LOCAL BACKUP
SUCCESSFUL
RESULT OF EXTERNAL BACKUP UPDATE

COMMAND LOST

Not sure, what causes this, but approximately 1 week ago sth. happened on PBX it gives error109 alarm by SFCEI which i told you in other topic. But actually after i saw this error i gave dusyi command and it was sucessfully.
Does anybody have idea what to do?

Well i don't know the reason but, dump is succeeded, after 5 times retries.And also error 109 is removed ,even i give sfcei command
