Dummy PS2 Keyboard for Bios?

I have a computer that I utilize as a server. This server is remotely accessed. If no keyboard is present, bios haults. The goal is to have no keyboard, mouse or lcd attached to the system, only accessible through telnet, rdp, vnc.

Does this even exist, some plug that fools the bios into thinking a keyboard is present? Or can I do a hard bypass on the motherboard?

Check the BIOS, there should be a setting called "Halt BIOS", there should be an option to set it to: "halt all but keyboard" or similar worded...
