Hello, Ive got a quick question. Our company used to have a simple phone system and our extensions were 201, 202 (sales), etc. Now we have the BCM, when a customer calls in, he can press 1 for support, or 2 for sales. If he hits 202 he gets an invalid extension. Is there a way to setup a dummy extension that automatically forwards to 2 if they press 202.

Thanks,
Luke

What type of voice mail are you using? Move your options down one and use Option 1 with a Thru-dial service, would that work for you?

you can change the menu so that 2 dials to any working number... post this in the northstar forum.. it does have a call pilot but that keysystem works a little unique to the pbx version.. if you have access to app builder then we can walk you through it
