Is it possible/wise to create a ACD DN aquired by symposium and always give callers an out of hours treatment?
I want this because it's not possible to forward 100 phones to a message in CP without generating a lot of entries in the SDN table linking numbers to the app.builder message. But then they also miss the opportunity to have personal voice messaging. Which is not an option in this case.
I could always try this out, but I have an 8 hour drive to the customer. So it would be better to have a pinpoint on wheter it's possible or not.
