Sure. Find a web host that allows outside linking, upload your pictures there using FTP, then link to them in your post here.
Something like this:

http://members.shaw.ca/reboot/temp/speed.jpg&quot;>

Sorry, I got the link stuff wrong...I can't remember the syntax now, but you still have to have the pictures on the web somewhere. Going to try one more time:

Use the right tag and it works, replace the { and } in the following with [ and ]
{img

http://www.yoursite.com/picture.jpg}
