I'm trying to access a 0-350 via Mailbox Manager 4.01.01.04 via the modem communication profile. When I launch the comm audit, I see that I'm stuck at the prompt where it's asking for the user to press "1" for System Access or "2" for Alarms.
How do I modify the comm script to get past this? I haven't had any luck finding any information on this. Anyone know the secret procedure?
Thanks for you help

Thanks -- I'll look into that. Appreciate the input.

Since I'm pretty much locked into using the RDAC port for access, where do I go for more information on how to configure the security settings to pass a "1"? Unfortunately, the online help is very limited.
Thanks.

You do know that the rdac is 1200 baud so any changes will take forever to do. i will see if i can find something on the 350 screen problem

Thanks, I really appreciate it.

I have just looked at all my doc's and they do not even mention the rdac as a possible modem connection for MBM. It all shows adding a modem to one of the j ports or using a direct connection or using a telnet server. Sorry there may be a way to get it by the first screen but it looks like it is not supported.

But the following may work I have not tried it.
paste this into a txt file and name it 350.ccl and tell the security part to use this file.

*Pause 9
*Xmit 1
*Pause 15
*Exit 0

not sure this will work

KenMeans --

Thanks for getting me on the right track. I tried your script, but it didn't work. It did send me in a different direction, namely reverse-engineering existing scripts.

The script that I came up with looks like this:

! Disconnect Code
!
! We don't distinguish connect versus disconnect for this script so just fall thru.
!
*-LABEL 0
!
! Connect Code
!
-LABEL 0
DsplyMsg Entering "1" to access menus
!
! Sending ASCII "1"
!
Xmit 1
Exit 0

This seems to be working well. I appreciate your input very much.
