I have a weird prob. Dual Xeon Fujitsu server Win2000SP4. Core 2 constantly runs on 50% even when no-one is on the system and I shut down all running programs and a whole bunch of windows servies. The Process Tab of taskmgr shows that nothing is using CPU resources but the Performance tab is showing CPU2 is doing something. I'm having trouble locating what is doing it. It's effecting performance, any ideas anyone?
