Dual Webserver Problem

I have Dual webservers on 2k (APache and IIS5.0) with Single NIC , Bound Two IP address(X.150 & x.151) but i am having problem with Port 80 Conflict. Even though I created my IIS web site with x.151 IP, I get error in IIS "ADDRESS ALREADY IN USE", but if i stop apache which is configured with X.150 IP, then IIS works Fine. So, how could i fix this problem so i could use IP x.150 with apache and x.151 with IIS 5.0 with port 80.. Thankyou.
