Dual Wan Gigabit Router with more than 253 DHCP Addresses.
Does it exist?

Could you give an example of where you are seeing the restriction? The number of IP's on a network has to do with the subnet mask that you are using.

Only deal with small/simple Cisco/Linksys equipment. We have RVS4000(Gigabit Router). And know there is Cisco Dual Wan RV042. Both limit number of DHCP to 253. Know probably outside knowledge base and will probably need to bring in help. But looking for something that will allow:
1-Gigabit Router-RVS4000 DOES
2-Dual WAN RV042 DOES
3-More than 253 DHCP. NEITHER DOES.

Looking for some advice.

The RVS4000 product documentation states that this is a small business solution. The RV042 docs say the same. Putting more than 250 machines behind your firewall moves you out of SMB and into enterprise products. You will need ASAs or Routers with the firewall feature set.
