Dual WAN and SL2100

What to do with programs 10-12-06 and 10-12-07 in dual wan scenario?
I have a client on Comcast with their cellular backup, whenever Wan1 goes down and router switches to Wan2 SL2100 loses registration and never able to register sip trunk over Wan2. Is it normal SL2100 behavior? If so, what’s the solution?
I was thinking about adding ATA device and configure it over Wan2 gateway to maintain registration and route calls over CO trunks for failover.

Probably going to be a carrier issue as well. Most carriers do not offer stateful failover. They would be pointed at a specific IP address. We usually get around this by having a second SIP group on another carrier.
