DUAL PRI Issues

We are having a teething problem with a particular PRI on a Dual Module. The PRI Module is mounted on a Phone8 Module.The unit has been in the field since october 2010 and was working fine. The dual PRI ports are all in use but only one port or line gives "Red, Yellow, and Blue" alarms. Move the faulty line from Port 1 to the working Line port 2 and the problem moved with the line to Port 2.

My service provider Thinks its my hardware which is faulty but cannot prove its the hardware.A reset of trunk on my side or a reload on the provider's sides gets the line back on. When the line goes down, sometime they can make outgoing Calls but no Incoming (mostly) or no calls could be made at all but the channels will be in service.

Any help?

Obviously a provider issue, you need to insist they attend site to repair it, all providers are the same no matter which country you live in :)

 
Thanks, had a meeting with one of the Engineers from the provider and he has agreed to solve the problem. He has acknowledged the faulty is on their side. Thanks again
