anyone have any issues with these? I have a customer who we installed 2 weeks ago (IP Office 412 R2.1.24). Two days ago the 2nd port went out on the pri card. when we replaced it, neither ports worked for the new card. We then put the first pri card back in and now the 1st port doesn't seem to work, but the 2nd port is fine. If anyone has had any similiar experiences and what you did to solve it I would appreciate it.

Plug a serial cable on the connector at the rear of the IPO, connect with some terminal program with 38400 kbs and reboot the IP Office.
You will see a lot of boot messages and somewhere there is a message wich tells you wich hardware is detected.
It might tell you whats wrong.
If the IPO sees all hardware then use the Monitor program and trace all of T1, ISDN and System ( maybe there is more to trace but do not choose too much ).
it gives a lot of data but it might worth it.

Addendum, i unfortunaly mention T1 but of course you should trace on ISDN.
I you don't have it go to avaya.com and download jobaids 13 and 14.
