Dual-PRI Card problem (cannot hear)

Hi All,

We have 2 IPOs (v5.0.26), each with a Dual-PRI E1R2 card in SlotA. We have connected the 2 IPOs using a Qsig A/B connection on SlotA-Port2. We can call each other but no one can hear either party. However, if we use SlotA-Port1 then everything is ok and also if we use a 2 Single-PRI E1R2 cards and connect using SlotB-Port1 then everything is ok.

We are stuck with this version and cannot upgrade (don’t ask). We also cannot use SlotA-Port1 since it is being used by a PRI from the telco, and we cannot use Slot B because it is being used by another card.

Have anyone else also had this problem?
