I am new with Meridian:

Is it possible on an option 61c for dual PRI card to be bad with 1 circuit UP and other circuit DOWN. If the PRI card is bad, wouldn't I lose both circuits...?

Actually it is possible for 1 of the 2 T1/PRI ports to go bad on a dual port card. The card has 2 different circuits on it. If the whole card goes, then you loose both, but if one circuit goes, you can still utilize the other. A tip for redundancy if you have 2 dual cards and have a trunk group that spans multiple T's is to place one card in Core 0 and the other in Core 1, and then place a T1 on each of the cards. If you loose a shelf or a card, you will still be up on the other.

Found the problem, it was coroded wiring from AT&T...
