Hi There - We are currently evaluating the VoIP Integration Tools - Phone Remote software for support and troubleshooting the end devices on our CUCM 8.0. So far it looks pretty slick. Has anyone ever heard of a similar tool that will support both Cisco CUCM and Avaya CCU platforms? Looking for a one ring to rule them all type of application.
