Hi guys, I have a machine here that has windows 7 on it. We have it connected to 2 monitors. It was working fine as two monitors should with one side displaying the task bar and some programs and the other side displaying other programs, we could browse the mouse across both screens.
However, now, we are getting the same output on both screens and the mouse is unable to browse between the screens, it 'hits a brick wall' when trying to go across.
The connections are fine and as they should be, any ideas?
many thanks in advance.

Type multiple into the start menu search box.
Select "Set up a computer to use multiple monitors"
On "Multiple Displays" setting, change to "Extend these displays"

See if that works. If it doesn't, then you may have to go via your 3rd party graphics software, such as nVidia or Intel or amd/ati.

Thanks, I updated the device driver and it worked!
