I have an admittedly aging Netfinity 3500 (8644-20U) with a single PII-266 processor (Two, actually). Looking to extend the usefull life of same if possible; considering adding a second processor.
Seeking advice... Should I just convert an old PIII-450 desktop to be my new server (assuming hardware is server os compatible), or go with the dual config in a real server?
System will support a small business network with file/print services and run a small SQL Server database with five concurrent users.
