Hi all,
I have just installed the free version of VMWare and have installed 3 virtual machines - 2 X XP Pro and 1 X Win 2003 Server. All virtual machines are connected together via a virtual network (Vmnet1). The server is issuing DHCP addresses to the 2 clients without any problems. However, what I need to do now is create a second NIC on the server which will use the host machine's IP address on the real network to access the Internet. That way I can install such things as a WSUS server on the Win 2003 server and allow it to update from the network as well as allow the clients access to the Internet through the Win 2003 server.
Is this at all possible? I imagine it would be but I can't find any documentation on it.
