dual monitor; windows gets blacked out

when I drag stuff, sometimes, over to one monitor to another, half all all of the window gets black area.

If I highlight the text within that black section, I can see the text. and everytime I maximize my window, all the text/images show.

Is there a setting that may be causing this issue with my dual monitor setup?

I have a 19inc standard, and a 19 wide inch both connected to a singer computer.

Any input will be greatly appreciated.

Hmm, very strange. What graphics card (or built-in graphics) are you using? You may be able to fix this by updating your graphics drivers to the latest version.
