I have Windows 2000. The primary adapter is a Matrox G250 AGP card. Everythings works great. I added a Vooddo3 PCI card as a secondary adapter. Both monitors work fine in a dual monitor config. However, if I browse a page that has a lot of text and I need to scroll down (to see more text), the text "smears" - it looks like the letters were painted on the screen and someone wiped them so that text streaks and smears down the screen.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I would try reducing the color depth/resolution on the monitor that does have to display 3d or accelerated 2d BEHOLD! As Steve Jobs introduces us the latest in desk-lamp technology!
