Is there a way to apply a dual “Input Mask” to a field in a table? The data is the location of employee’s cubes and offices. We use two different formats. The Input Mask that I am using are:

>L0-000 - Office location format.
>L0-L000 - Cube location format.

Example:
A2-123
B2-B308

Or could this be done using Visual Basic code?

I expect you could use the On Current event of your form to lookup the appropriate input mask property in a table. Then just set the property.

Try
Code:
L0\-?000
with the ? making the second character optional.
