Dual BRI ISDN2e dialup between an 801 & 803

I have an 801 & an 803 router that I have configured to dial both 64k channels to give me an 128k pipe instead of the conventional single 64k channel.

Even though I have modified the config to reflect;

PPP Multilink
Dialer load-threshold 1 either

The routers still dial 64k.
Has anyone got any idea's ??
