Dual Boot

Hi there.
i had installed Windows 2000 server to dual boot with Windows ME. i have since uninstaled Win 2000 but whenever i boot up my pc, its giving me the boot menu; to choose from either Win2k or win ME. how do i remove Win2k from the boot menu. which file do i need to edit. somebody help please.
