I have an 18 GB hard drive and I want to configure it as follows:
primary partition 1 = Fat32; 6 GB; Install Win 98
primary partition 2 = NTFS; 6 GB; Install Win 2000
Extended partition
logical partition 1 = Fat 32; 3 GB; used to share data between win 98 and win 2000
logical partition 2 = NTFS; 3 GB; used to store data that only win 2k can access.
My question is, Can the Win 98 and Win 2000 partition be 6 GB in size and still boot properly? I have Partition Magic 5 and when I attempt to make these partitions I get a warning telling me that the partions are too large and that my computer may not boot.
Thanks,
Eddie
