So far I can only find references to setting up a dual boot system by having 2 partitions on one drive have 2 operating systems. I need to set up a dual boot between 2 different hard disks in the same machine. Anyone know how to do this? I'm kind of under a deadline.

Thanks,

Yas

Same way, put Win98 on C: and Win2000 on D:. Win98 has to go on the boot/system drive which is always C: and has to be installed first.

Partition letters and drive letters are set by the BIOS and Windows doesn't care what the physical makeup is. Gets more complicated in the lettering scheme with 2 or more partitions on each of 2 or more physical drives.

Also, Win98 works with FAT32, can't see or use NTFS.
Win2000 works with both FAT32 and NTFS.
