Dual boot setup for Win2000Server and Linux

I am a relative newcomer to hardware and NOS's.
I want to set up a Dell 2500 so I can install both Win2000 Server and Linux.

I could really use some guidance on setting up my disks/partitions etc. to facilitate experimenting with both OS's.

Currently there is a single 3-drive array configured with RAID 5 and single virtual disk taking up all the available capacity.

Anyone willing to share suggestions?
