Dual Boot IDE/SCSI

Using RedHat7.1, my problem is that after plugging in the Advansys SCSI-II Adaptor Card and plugging the new hard drive into it, allowing kudzu to autoconfigure, during LILO I get the messages:
PCI: 0 hosts
PCI: detected total.

Also in dmesg,
PCI: Probing PCI hardware
unknown bridge 0:assuming transparent
unknown bridge 2:assuming transparent

Please advise where to go from here, Thank You.
