Is anyone out there who has dual ACD queues on the same phone set. I heve one queue to be used on a daily basis and the other will only be used in emergency situations where our offsite call center cannot take the calls. Both will be under Contact Center 6. Each ACD queue obviously will have seperate login id's. Does anyone see any problems or have any experience with something like this. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Why?
All (Emergency) routing can be configured in CC6.

In case of Emergency (if CC6 is down) the CDN's DFDN will go to the ACD Queue, users can login via an ACD inlog code and calls will arrive via the ACD queue. If in case of Emergency the users don't log in the calls will follow the ACD's NCFW: configure a phantom number here and routing to every (external) number is possible.

In case of 'other emergency' (and CC6 is still up) configure Emergency login ID's so users will get calls via a (other, emergency) skillset.

You can also create special routing triggered by the agent login's like:
IF LOGGED OUT AGENT <agent id list> /* Enter "Emergency login ID's" in an <agent id list> */
THEN Execute Normal_Routing
ELSE Execute Emergency_Routing
END IF
