DTZ-12D-3P on SV9100 Stuck at initialising

Morning all

We have recently relocated several DTZ-12D-3P phones on our site, all of which have come back up fine except one which is stuck at “Initialising”. We’ve plugged this phone into another extension and it works fine so the phone is proved ok. We’ve plugged another phone into the “faulty “ extension and this also gets stuck at Initialising. The pair back to the CCU has been changed and fully tested as ok. So this points to the CCU or config.
Can anyone please provide some advice on how to resolve this issue?

Check program 10-03 for ESI cards. Find the port in question. Unplug the phone, then set 10-03 to none. Upload the change. Plug the phone in. If that does not work make sure there is an extension assigned to that port in 11-02.
