DTU phone on a 2000IPS

I tried to make a DTU phone work on a 2000IPS using a 4-DLCA card. I changed 1217 to a 1 (elite) but the phone wouldn't come up after a reset. DTP works with 1217 set to a 3. What am I missing?

If I remember correctly DTU phones needed a "special" DLC card.
DLCL instead of A, since they were for the IPK originally.

For PN-4DLCD or 4DLCA cards,
assign this data to the first LEN (Level
0) of each 4 ports DLC card. For
PN-8DLCD cards, assign this data
to first (Level 0) and fifth (Level 4)
LENS of each 8 post card.

You must assign all 4 ports of the 4DLC-A card with Cm1217 then reset the PBX.
