DTT conflict

We forwarded a 905-xxx-xxxx number to a voice mail box. However, when we dial it, it says "You have been forwarded to a voice mail system. However, 905-xxx-xxxx is not register to this service." despite that this numbers had been added to CallPilot Extension DN.

It looks a DTT conflict to AC1 "9".

Is there any way to circumvent this?

Our system is CS1000E version 5 with CallPilot version 5.

Any help would be appreciated.

We also forward some numbers with other area codes to the same voice mail box. They all work.
